There’s no reinventing, rethinking, re-etcetera-ing a perfect glass of wine. The premise is nothing new: source the tastiest grapes, treat them right, and let them shine. Then, of course, pour it in a glass. It’s not easy or cheap, which is why so many wines today use added sugars, flavorings and concentrates and come in mass-produced bottles, boxes and bags – pretty unusual.

Why do we put so much energy into our wine?

The wine should be our figurehead, because we are far from finished. What we really want is to create a healthy cycle from which everyone benefits. Your palate, the untouched Amazon and the people and animals that live in it. Due to the fact that an infinite number of fruits grow in the forest, we can increase our production “almost” infinitely. But the result is the opposite of what you know from classic wineries. Because if we produce more, we automatically protect more rainforest because we can attract more people to wild collection and lead them back to nature. This creates a closed cycle of enjoyment and rainforest protection without regrets.


With every 12th bottle we sell, we are able to give an income to a forest Family with the wild harvesting of fruits. Drink our Wines, safe the Rainforest and not just on paper.

Social commitment and Rainforest protection.

In the Amazon, there are often only 3 main-sources of income: fishing, prospecting for gold or precious wood. With the wild harvesting, the collectors become guardians of the forest 🦸🏽‍♀️, because wild fruits only grow in an intact eco-system and each individual tree whose fruits we collect protects at least 400m² of untouched rainforest.

For this reason we invest the maximum time in our wines, because only if you are satisfied will our concept work and you will recommend our wines, while we can protect more rainforest. In this way we are all connected by an invisible bond, because your enjoyment helps other people.

Making a wine is not difficult, no question. However, creating a really good, sustainable and extremely Fruit-tasty Wine with a perfect ratio of acidity and tannins that doesn’t taste like syrup is really difficult.

Lars is considered a perfectionist when it comes to the small – sometimes invisible – adjustment screws in terms of quality, storage and production temperatures and processes. He loves to combine the old, antique with modern processes.

Patrick always shines with new product ideas, has a huge depth of knowledge about the wild fruits and extensive knowledge of sustainability and social commitment such as supporting our fruit collectors and afforestation. Besides the indigenous people, he is probably the only one who walks barefoot through the forest 🙈 Please never – really never – imitate it.

In short: We combine our knowledge, old family recipes and Saxons +900 year old wine culture, many endless coincidences, a never-ending thirst for knowledge and the almost forgotten Secrets of the indigenous people with the ancient georgian winemaking and modern, hygienic production processes.

In 2015, Patrick made his first public appearance, introducing his Acai wine and other fruit wines to the world. Here he not only incorporated old family knowledge, but also ancient forms of wine production – paired with the knowledge of indigenous friends but also with modern insights.

However, at that time Patrick had only produced the wines for friends and a few selected restaurants – more in barter, if you like. As time went by, the inquiries increased and, as frank as our Patrick is, he told many people the principle of wine production. Luckily, but never the little secrets that make the difference in our wines.

And so it happened that all sorts of people – from Acre to Manacapuru – started ordering large quantities of wine from Patrick. What happened next, of course, no one could have predicted. People removed Originak Labels, relabeled the bottles with their own labels, and offered the Amazon wines as their own brand 🙈.

For this reason, it is important to us that we praise the originality and the origin, because inferior products can, after all, bring an entire region into disrepute. We want our customers to get the transparency they rarely get and we also want you to have a real AHA experience when drinking our wines and to taste every single fruit in harmony in its own way.
